This year’s Pride in London march was our best ever with well over 100 volunteers marching in our group. We firmly believe that Pride is about coming together as a community, so we were absolutely delighted to be joined by partner organisations who we work with –
- Club Kali
- Open Minds Project
- Hopscotch Women’s Centre
- Hidayah
- Yarana
- GIN – Gay Indian Network
- … and of course the incredible Pandammonium Drummers who provided the live music from their drums throughout the march.
We were also joined by our dear friends Seemaa Butt (the Queen of Birmingham) and Kiku from Trans Hijabi.
I would like to personally thank every person who so kindly gave up their time to march with us, and support the wider community this year.
I love you all.
