Filmed during Matt’s LGBT History Month Talk in February 2016, this short film documents Matt’s two-hour dedication to his undying love for Naz, and their thirteen year relationship.
Sadly in 2014 Naz passed away. But even through death, love will conquer, love will go on, and unconditional love can help to heal the world.
Kindly organised by the Camden LGBT Forum, and filmed by MadeTV, the film focuses on advice from Matt, friends and attendees of the talk about coming out, being happy for yourself and also how religion, culture and homosexuality can co-exist together.
Matt set up the Naz and Matt Foundation in memory of his soulmate and fiancé, Naz, who passed away two days after being confronted about his sexuality by his religious parents. It was the first time that they knew their son was gay, in a relationship with Matt for 13 years and that they were planning to get married.
