I was delighted to be invited to join the panel at the world premiere of Discovering Kali, new film celebrating the iconic Queer South Asian community formed by Club Kali – a safe space for many clients who Naz and Matt Foundation supports.
Along with the rest of the team behind the film we visited the BFI Southbank to talk about the club’s 25 year history and how the film celebrates Club Kali’s heritage.
This Q&A was part of the London Indian Film Festival’s shorts programme, Too Desi, Too Queer.
London Indian Film Festival (LIFF) is the UK and Europe’s largest South Asian Film festival.
